This intelligent electronic system enhances off-road driving by adjusting traction to suit the conditions, helping you safely and confidently arrive at your destination. X-Mode operates at low speeds - below 40km/h - when activated, the display screen shows the mode selected, roll angle and pitch angle. All Subaru Outback variants are equipped with two selectable modes based on the driving conditions - 'SNOW & DIRT' or 'DEEP SNOW & MUD'.
